Carrie Haines is a fitness educator, program director, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor from Lake Tahoe, California. She earned her Bachelors degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and has been creating, managing, and coordinating group fitness and personal training programs for more than 20 years and has over 27 years professional experience.
Carrie has managed and directed programs for 24 Hour Fitness, Club One, Active Sports Clubs, Prime Healthcare, Tahoe Mountain Club, and Tahoe Forest Hospital. Carrie has consulted with several clubs and fitness brands on program development, marketing, and presenter recruitment.
Carrie is a national master trainer for Tabata Boot Camp™, Barre Above™, and BOSU®. She has presented workshops and certification courses at B.A.M, SCW, and IDEA conferences and lectures on fitness management and program development. Carrie is a contributing writer for GX United and IDEA.
